SynergisticIT was founded in 1992 by Carlos Pinzon and Antonio Proto. Since inception, SynergisticIT has provided IT resources to Fortune 1000 financial services companies, insurance companies and government agencies.

Carlos E. Pinzon, President of Synergistic IT, is an IT veteran of 27 years. For the first 10 years of his career, he was as a systems software development consultant to IBM where he honed his exceptional technical and people management skills. Carlos Pinzon has a wealth of IT knowledge, from project management to programming, having worked as a senior project management consultant to companies such as General Motors Asset Management and TIAA-CREF.

Antonio Proto, Vice-President of Synergistic IT, has been in IT for over 23 years. For many years, Antonio (Tony) was a systems software development consultant to IBM. Antonio also has a deep understanding of the brokerage business environment with experience in on-line brokerage, equity, options and mutual funds trading and IPO offering processing having worked as a senior consultant to firms such as Pershing/Bank of New York Mellon and JPMChase.

Christopher J. Marshall, a Senior Project and Program Manager, has been associated with SynergisticIT since its inception. Chris is an expert in large scale project management with extensive experience in the financial services, banking and insurance industries. Chris brings a wealth of project management and technical experience to SynergisticIT having successfully delivered projects for companies such as TIAA, Citigroup and JP Morgan Chase.

Barbara A. Pagano, a Senior Project Manager, brought her exceptional Quality Assurance background to SynergisticIT in 2006.   Barbara is a QA management expert having successfully managed many large scale testing initiatives including major application and software upgrades and data center migrations. Barbara also brings extensive experience in systems and operations management as well as application design, architecture, development, and implementation having successfully delivered projects for companies such as General Motors Asset Management, TIAA-CREF, Dreyfus/Mellon Bank and Citicorp.
